What is Gelatin?
Gelatin is a substance obtained by extracting animal collagen. About 98–99% from gelatin contains a form of protein or amino acids.
For food products application, Gelatin is used as a stabilizer, gelling agent, binder, thickener, emulsifier and adhesive. With a composition consisting mostly of the amino acids glycyne and proline, Gelatin can also be consumed as a health supplement.

Production process
Raw materials from selected suppliers are treated in an acid solution and then extracted with hot water in an extraction reactor. The obtained gelatin solution then purified through a series of phases which are continuously monitored by skilled technicians. Finally, the water is removed through the vacuum evaporator and drying oven.
